Kilombero Sugar Company has recognised outstanding employees for the 2025/26 financial year and officially unveiled its renovated Training Centre as part of efforts to strengthen staff development and operational excellence.
The event was led by Managing Director Guy Williams together with the company’s leadership team, who commended employees for their hard work, commitment, and contribution to the company’s success. The ceremony also highlighted the importance of safety, accountability, and teamwork in daily operations.
Speaking during the event on May 12, 2026, Mr Williams said investing in employees remains a key priority for Kilombero Sugar. The renovated Training Centre is expected to provide a better learning environment for staff through continuous training and skills development.
